CDIR-Health in Alta Verapaz
The CDIR – Health in the department of Alta Verapaz is formed by midwives, obstetricians, health promoters, ancestral authorities, and community leaders. In the Alta Verapaz the CDIR – Health has a presence in 9 municipalities, which primarily focuses on citizen oversight and the accompaniment. It has also been implemented training processes at the community level, the transmission of microprogramas radio in the community radio stations that are the municipalities where it has a presence.

Education and training
