This set of audio-visual tools that contains videos, audios, informative, and a series of infographics which contain information about the right to health, the legal framework, the routes of the complaints and on the steps that you should follow to follow up on cases that were presented to them.

They are tools that are useful to the work of advocacy that they do in their communities, municipalities and departments, because there are some that provide support to patients and users of the services where it has been of great utility to the topics or issues contained as well as the resolution of the same and the path that you must follow in order to resolve, in this sense, some of the supporters and participants were able to solve problems of registration and achieved better care in the health care services by means of the knowledge and steps they have acquired, as well as the guidance of users of the services.
